Residun provides a digital community operating system that enables residents, property managers, developers, tenants, visitors, employees, and service providers to interact within residential, commercial, and mixed-use communities.
By accessing or using Residun, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility
Users must:
- be residents, tenants, property owners, employees, authorised visitors, or approved members of a participating community
- provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- ensure any information submitted for household members or authorised individuals is accurate and permitted
Primary account holders are responsible for activities conducted under their household or authorised profiles.
Residun reserves the right to restrict access where verification cannot be completed.
3. Services Provided
Residun may provide digital tools for communities, including:
- visitor access management
- guest invitations via QR or PIN
- facility booking
- community announcements
- parcel notifications
- service marketplace connections
- maintenance requests
- building updates
- communication tools
- payments for community-related services
- notifications and reminders
Features may vary depending on the community or property.
4. User Accounts
Users agree to:
- provide accurate information
- maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- notify support of unauthorised account use
- ensure activities comply with applicable laws
Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their account.
5. Payments and Transactions
Where enabled:
- payments may include booking fees, service fees, deposits, subscriptions or community-related charges
- payment processing is handled via regulated third-party providers
- service providers may set their own pricing
- certain payments may be non-refundable depending on policies
Residun does not control third-party pricing.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- misuse the service
- attempt unauthorised system access
- upload unlawful or harmful content
- disrupt functionality
- impersonate individuals
- conduct unauthorised commercial activity
- violate community policies
Accounts may be suspended where misuse is identified.
7. Marketplace Services Disclaimer
Residun may connect users with third-party vendors.
Residun:
- does not guarantee service quality
- is not responsible for delivery of services
- does not employ service providers
- is not responsible for disputes between users and providers
Users engage service providers at their own discretion.
8. Community Conduct
Users agree to:
- respect community guidelines
- comply with UAE laws
- avoid offensive or inappropriate communication
- provide accurate information when inviting visitors
- respect security procedures
Community administrators may moderate content.
9. Intellectual Property
All content including software, branding, logos, text, design, and features are owned by Residun or its licensors.
Content may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Platform Availability
Residun aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features may be updated periodically.
11. Limitation of Liability
Residun is not liable for:
- service interruptions
- building operational issues
- third-party services
- indirect damages
- device related issues
- actions taken by community administrators
Use of the service is at the user's own risk.
12. Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated:
- where Terms are violated
- where required by law
- where requested by property administrators
Users may request account deletion.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes may be subject to UAE jurisdiction.
